June 29, 2006 - Meridian KSI and the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) have entered into a joint venture agreement to offer Government Agencies end-to-end learning and knowledge management solutions. The agreement allows Government Agencies to streamline their compliance with OPM’s e-Training requirements while implementing a world-class Learning Management System (LMS).

May 18, 2006 - Meridian KSI, Inc., a leading provider of learning technology products, including the Meridian Knowledge Centre and Meridian LMS (Learning Management System), today announced first quarter results ending March 31, 2006. The quarter was spearheaded by an 80% increase in total sales over the 2005 Q 1. Software license sales for Meridian’s LMS were the primary contributor to this improvement, with a yr/yr increase of 288%. Profitability improved by more than 100% driven by improved margins associated with the increasing demand for Meridian’s software products.

February 6, 2006 - Meridian KSI ended 2005 with double-digit growth and profitability for the eighth straight year, driven largely by a 74% increase in license revenue for the Meridian KSI Knowledge Centre™ enterprise LMS suite.

January 16, 2006 - Meridian KSI, the LMS partner for organizations of any size, has been awarded the Federal Government Distance Learning Association's Pioneer Award along with the Air Education Training Command (AETC) and C2 Technologies.

January 9, 2006 - Meridian KSI has been named to Military Training Technology magazine's 2005 Top 100, a listing of companies that have made a significant impact in military training this year. Meridian , the trusted LMS partner for all four branches of the military, was singled out for its work in support of the Air Force's Air Education Training Command.
