• Meridian created the General Services Administration's Federal Acquisition Institute Online University. The FAI uses the Knowledge Centre to provide learning opportunities for a target audience of over 400,000 federal acquisition professionals and employees with acquisition duties, offering self-paced and instructor led certification training, resulting in significant cost savings for the organization. FAI Online University, which received the Government Center of Excellence for Information Technology Award, features a virtual library, career management center, live broadcasts, announcements, calendar of events, and peer networking. This client has realized and documented a savings in excess of $18M within the first two years of implementation. Meridian provides all user support and has developed over 200 seat hours of courseware for FAI. To date, the FAI Online University has awarded over 350,000 courseware certificates of completion through the site, with a completion rate in excess of 93%.
  
  
• Developed AstraZeneca University (AZU), a comprehensive online learning and knowledge management system for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. The virtual university is AstraZeneca's primary tool for managing all employee education and training curriculum and providing online access to in-depth product information. AstraZeneca University also provides extensive reporting tools to support the company’s efforts to meet FDA compliance regulations.
